1- Chinese Egg Fried noodle, 400g
2- Bean sprouts, 100g
3- bell pepper (any color, cored, sliced
4- Minced garlic, 1 tbsp
5- Shallot, peeled, sliced
6- Roasted sesame seeds, 1 tbsp

1- Sugar, 1/2 tsp
2- Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
3- Sesame oil, 1/2 tsp
4- Dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp
5- chicken powder, 1/2 tsp, optional

Marinade the pork with "Tony's Marinade Method". Cook the noodle in a pot with boiling water over high heat until it is 80% cooked (check the package instruction for the exact cooking time). Add in the bean sprout and cook for 30 second. Drain all ingredients and put it aside.
1- It will easier to handle if we cut the noodle into shorter length by a scissor.
2- It will taste better if we stir-fry the noodle over high heat so that it will be dry and crispy.
3- It will be easier to stir-fry the noodle with fork or chopsticks.
