[Tony's Creation]Chicken with kiwi and popcorn in miracle whip sauce

Miracle Whip is a salad dressing manufactured by Kraft Foods, sold throughout the United States and Canada. It is often used as an alternative to mayonnaise in recipes, although it is sweeter and has additional ingredients.

.: 材料 Ingredients :. 
Group A
1- 1 tsp of salt
2- 1 tsp of chicken powder
3- 1 tsp of black pepper flake
4- 1 tbs of sugar
5- 1 egg
6- oatmeal, 2 tbsp
7- corn starch, 1 tbsp


Group B;
1- Boneless, skinless chicken fillet, cut into pieces, 400g
2- 1 medium onion, peeled, cut into pieces
3- Diced shallot, 1 tbsp
4- Minced garlic, 1 tbsp
5- Bell pepper(any color), core removed, cut into pieces
6- Fresh popcorn with butter, 2 cup
7- 2 fresh kiwi, peeled, diced
.: 汁料 Sauce mixtures :.
1- Mircale whip, 3 tbsp
2- Sugar, 3 tsp
3- Milk, 1/2 cup, about 100 ml
4- evaporated milk, 2 tbsp, optional

.: 做法 Directions :.  
Step 1:
 
Combine Group A ingredient with the chicken.  Mix it well and marinade for 15 minutes. Heat the non-sticky pan with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Pan fry the chicken until golden brown (about 3 minutes for each side).
 
Step 2: 
Clean and dry the pan. Heat it with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add in the onion, shallot, garlic, and bell pepper with 1/3 tsp of salt. Stir-fry the ingredient until the onion is soft (about 2 minutes).   Combine all sauce mixture ingredients until smooth.  Add in the sauce mixture and mix it well with the ingredients.  Add in the cooked chicken.

Step 3:
 
Add in the popcorn and kiwi.  Mix it well. Dish it up and serve it hot.
小貼士 Cook's notes :.
1- It is recommended to use the fresh popcorn as the texture is better.  It is easy to get fresh popcorn by using the microwave popcorn from supermarket.
2- Or you buy the dried corn kernel from supermarket.  Heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil over high heat.  Put in the kernel and cover it with the lid.  Turn the heat off and wait until it is quiet.
3- It will be easier to cook the sauce mixture when it is combined.
4-  Add the kiwi and popcorn at last in order to keep it crispy

5- It is better to use the mature kiwi.  A mature kiwi will be soft to touch when you press it.
