[Tony's Creation]Pan-fry harsh brown with crab meat

It is the first time to make harsh brown as my main dish for my dinner.  But it is actually not too bad.  If you would like to have meats instead of seafood, you can replace the crab meats with minced pork or beef.  It will taste even better.

Pan frying the harsh brown isn't hard.  But it requires some patience.  You can pan-fry a lot in a pan or it will be too hard to flip it around.  It is highly recommend you pan-fry it with non sticky pan to reduce the amount of oil.  And it will also make it easier to handle.
 
It is not necessary to blanch the potato.  But if you do, it will make it quicker to cook which reduce the chance to burn it in the pan.
 
It tastes really good and so colorful.  I am sure everyone will love it.  Please try it out :D
 
 

.: Ingredients :.

1- 350g of potato, peeled, shredded
2- 1/2 onion, peeled, shredded
3- 1 green bell pepper, core removed, shredded
4- 350g of imitated crab meat, shredded
5- 1/2 cup of corn kernel
6- 3 egg, blended
7- 1 cup of flour or corn starch
8- 1 tsp of black pepper flake
9- 1 tsp of salt)

.: Steps :.


1- 
Blanch the shredded potato for 5 minutes.  Drain it well and put it aside.


2- 
Mix all the ingredients together and put it aside.   

3-  Heat the non-stick pan with 1/2 tsp of oil.  Add a small portion of the mixture into the pan.  Pan-fry one side until brown.  Turn it over.  Continue pan-fry until brown.  Dish it up, and repeat the same steps until all mixture is used. 

.: Tips :.

1- Cooked potato will aborb less oil.
2- Make sure all the ingredient is mixed together before pan-fry it.
3- It is more easy to pan-fry the mixture with non-sticky pan.  It also uses less oil too.
